Initial Evaluation

Your care begins with a 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation with a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy. During this session, we will complete a full-body movement assessment, review your medical history, and evaluate the areas you’d like to improve.

From there, we will identify the most effective treatment approach, provide hands-on interventions as appropriate, and create a personalized plan aligned with your goals. Time is also included for checkout and scheduling future sessions.

An initial evaluation is required before beginning any Performance, Recovery, or Dry Needling–only sessions.

Maintenance Recovery Sessions

These sessions are ideal for individuals seeking ongoing bodywork and recovery support. Whether you're maintaining progress, enhancing performance, or prioritizing overall wellness, each session is tailored to your specific needs.

Treatments may include a combination of therapeutic massage, instrument-assisted techniques, cupping, dry needling, assisted stretching, trigger point release, fascial work, and joint mobilization.

Recovery sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute options following an initial evaluation.

NEW-Performance Training Sessions:

Designed for individuals looking to enhance post-rehab performance, prevent injury, pursue sport-specific training, or unlock their full strength potential, these sessions focus on strength, mobility, and overall fitness.

Each plan is fully customized based on your personal goals and current physical capacity. These sessions are intended for those who do not require physical therapy services.

Before beginning, all clients will complete a Movement and Strength Readiness Screen, which includes functional movement assessments, strength testing, and personalized exercise plan development to ensure a safe and effective training experience.

Disclaimer: These performance training sessions are wellness-based services focused on injury prevention and physical performance. They are not physical therapy or medical services and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Clients may also schedule Maintenance & Recovery Sessions or Dry Needling either after training or on alternate days. If at any point your needs change, we can transition you to a Performance & Wellness plan or a Non-Traditional Physical Therapy plan as appropriate.

Performance & Wellness Sessions

Our sessions focus on whole-body alignment, functional movement patterns, and optimizing joint mobility and stability. Instead of focusing only on the area of pain, we assess how the entire body functions together and address the underlying movement patterns contributing to your symptoms.

Each session is fully customized to your goals, and you play an active role in shaping your plan and deciding when you feel ready to transition out of care. We focus on techniques and interventions that are difficult to perform on your own, ensuring you get the most out of every visit.

You will work with the same provider each session to maintain consistency and build a strong coaching relationship. After your initial evaluation, follow-up sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute formats.

Dry Needling Only

These focused sessions are designed for individuals seeking dry needling as a standalone option without additional bodywork. Based on your needs, dry needling may be performed with or without electrical stimulation (TENS). You’ll have the flexibility to select target areas for each session, which can vary over time.

An initial evaluation is required to ensure dry needling is appropriate for your goals. This first session includes a full evaluation, care, and relevant exercises tailored to your needs.

Equestrian Rider Sport Specific Training:

This specialized session focuses on rider biomechanics, strength, and conditioning to improve performance and efficiency in the saddle. Sessions begin with a visual assessment of your riding mechanics, followed by a comprehensive full-body evaluation—conducted without your equine partner.

We can also incorporate video analysis to review your position, balance, and movement patterns while riding. Based on your assessment, a personalized training plan will be developed to enhance rider mechanics, stability, mobility, and overall performance.

Please contact me directly to schedule an individual session at your barn or to host a clinic/workshop.

Please note: This service is rider-focused and does not involve treatment of the horse.
