Mounted Assessments
Mounted Rider Performance Assessment
A comprehensive session combining mounted and unmounted analysis to evaluate your position, movement, and overall biomechanics in the saddle. Includes real-time feedback, correction, and hands-on treatment to address movement dysfunctions and improve both rider effectiveness and horse performance. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s limiting you- and exactly how to improve it.

Clinic-Style Individual Assessment
A shorter, focused assessment typically offered at barns or events. Designed to quickly identify key limitations and give you actionable corrections you can apply immediately.

1:1 Performance Physical Therapy Sessions
A full-body, individualized approach to addressing pain, movement restrictions, and dysfunction. Combines hands-on treatment with corrective strategies to support long-term performance and longevity.
Recovery Sessions
Targeted bodywork sessions focused on relieving tension, improving mobility, and supporting recovery from riding and training demands—so you can move better, feel better, and ride without restriction.
